Understanding Herbal Constituents & Plant Chemistry is now available in ten online modules. Each module is three weeks long and can be taken independently one at a time, or as the full program.
Introduction to colorful antioxidants and other constituents in the context of medicinal herbs and foods. Synergy (what distinguished botanicals from pharmaceuticals): co-evolutionary theory, types, relevance. Variability: how constituents vary with plant parts, maturity, environmental conditions, etc.; potency, standardization.
