In her private practice, Crystal uses evidence-based botanical medicine, mind-body methodology, and lifestyle coaching to address chronic health and wellness issues.
Crystal teaches both the public and health professionals. She is on faculty at Herbal Medics Academy where she teaches clinical herbal medicine and is spearheading a specialty program in Psychobiology for mental health. She has taught at acclaimed herbal conferences, for professional supplement companies and offers professional mentorship and consulting for medical practices.
Crystal is a mother to a wonderful special-need child who she considers to be her greatest teacher! She is currently learning American Sign Language, has returned to school to practice integrative medicine and has a weakness for stray animals (and people!), dark chocolate and books.
