Emergency Birth & Doula Skills Course
This is a 3 week course that can be taken in 2 parts if desired. The Emergency Birth Skills portion of this course occupies the first two weeks, and the Doula Skills portion occupies the third week. This course does have attendance requirements.(100% virtual)
In response to the global pandemic, The Human Path has transformed our Emergency Childbirth & Doula Skills Hands-on Workshops into an interactive remote format.
The 16-hour Emergency Childbirth class and 8-hour Doula Skills training will include downloadable video modules that step participants through skills for facilitating a safe and respectful birth, even in remote and post-disaster settings. Each section will have progress quizzes and a hands-on skills exercise and assessment. Students can choose from scheduled times to show mastery of skills in a private session with an instructor.
