10 contact hours · 4 weeks · 2 hours of recorded lecture weekly + a 2-hr supplemental live session
This four-week course covers herbal safety, contraindications, and botanical support for the full arc of pregnancy and early postpartum — from first trimester discomforts through lactation and mood care in the weeks after birth. It is taught firmly in the context of working alongside your OB, midwife, or prenatal care team, not instead of them.
