Redlands, CA April 4th & 5th, 2027
Clinical Herbalism students and Apothecarist students pursuing completion of either program are eligible to apply for a spot on one or both of the teams for the clinic that will be held in April 2027.
Students will have hands-on training in setting up, running and manning a community herbal clinic for what is anticipated to be a large volume of underserved people. Clinicians will have one-on-one sessions with real clients doing intake and client education under the supervision of advanced herbal clinicians. They will participate in Round Table debriefings and group discussions about clinical cases seen at the end of each day, apothecary training and operational setup as well as receive documented clinical contact hours from on-site intensive.
Students that participate in the preparation and break-down of the clinic before and after the clinic will also receive additional clinical hours as part of team logistics, planning and clinical infrastructure.
