Acute infectious disease – whether viral, bacterial, protozoal or helminthic, is as a concept that is often overlooked in the world of herbalism.
In this 6 hour course, Sam Coffman will teach prevention, assessment and response to infectious disease using botanical medicine.
With an eye on working in austere or post-disaster environments, but also at home or in the clinic, Sam will outline several strategies in formulation and materia medica for a variety of issues surrounding acute infectious diseases found most commonly on this continent.
This workshop will include an overview and some depth into the topics of:
