Join us on-site at our 50-acre campus in the hill country of San Antonio for hands-on training in sustainable botanical medicine!

We also teach courses across the US for austere medicine and wilderness first aid certification trainings.

CAMPUS INFORMATION

Location:  Our campus is located about 25 minutes north of central San Antonio, on the edge of the beautiful Texas hill country.  We have 50 acres of land that we use for classes on wildcrafting, medicine making, austere medicine intensive trainings and outdoor education courses.

Directions are sent out to enrolled students prior to on-site classes.  Do not use GPS for finding our campus as it will send an incorrect location.

Coordinating carpools or ride-shares:  Transportation to and from the course is the student’s responsibility, but past classes have set up shared lodging and rides.

Camping:  We allow free camping for any student actively enrolled in a course.  If you would like to stay at the school, all you need to do is let us know in advance, so that we can have the caretaker meet you and check you in.  We have a designated student camping area, an outdoor shower-house, composting toilets and an outdoor student field kitchen.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please take a moment to review the school’s cancellation policy.

WEATHER

We will not cancel classes due to weather conditions unless there is severe emergency weather conditions. These classes will go on, rain or shine.  Please do make sure to pack for any type of weather though, cold or hot so that you are adequately prepared.
